I agree with Mike S. yesterday was the first day I spoke to Dave Bauerle. I could not get my "D" started. He gave some suggestions. I did get my "D" started ( also with the help from thr DML), but Dave Bauerle was very friendly and helpful. I am planning on taking my "D" to him to have some upgrades done. All it took was one conversation with him to convince me that he seems to be honest and reliable. This is what customer service is about. Dave L. #2578
