The last place I know of to get a twin turbo was from Elenor Rogers
(spelling?). I know she was still producing these about 2 years ago and
price at that time was about $5500 - you install it yourself. I spoke with
Ms. Rogers on one occasion and she seems very nice - even sent me literature
and pictures on the package. However, I did not have $5500 "free" at that
time.
