Joe,

The Fanzilla will cycle the cooling fans with the compressor, they do not
stay on continuously when in the AC position. If you fans and compressor are
cycling with an "on" time of less than 7 seconds your AC system is low on
freon.

As I mentioned in an earlier post as long as the voltage does not fall below
11.5 at full load during idle you should have nothing to worry about.
