As Joe said, there is no such thing. It was never used by the original De Lorean Motor Company. If someone thinks they need it, they have another problem that needs proper diagnosing. It is the opinion of Stephen Wynne that the use of a hot start relay poses a fire risk, too.
Bottom line - trust the professionals who make their living working on DeLoreans in this instance. If you think you need a hot start relay, call your DeLorean service center of choice and get a proper diagnosis - don't monkey with the fuel OR electrical systems of your car.
