John, You may have the only Hot Start relays in existence. I'm not sure what the design engineers had in mind when they wired in the hot start relay because no such relay exists. The socket has three connections, three less than required to allow such a circuit to function. If you carefully study the schematic wiring diagram you will see what I mean.
