The factory currently has two tenants; Shorts Bombardier who make airplanes, and Montupet who make aluminium engine cyclinder heads and wheels. All of the equipment was auctioned by the receivers during three days in May 1984. This auction included a number of cars, all the machine tools, auto test equipment, everything - even what was John's desk! The factory internal tannoy/public address system ended up in Knock airport (Ireland). The factory and test track will be open to DeLorean enthusiasts next May (24th thru 27th) at EUROFEST 2001 when conducted tours will be held. Robert Lamrock EUROFEST ORGANISER
