Wheel refinishing

Im getting ready to replace my tires and want to spice
up my wheels. I would like to get my wheels stripped
down to the metal and clearcoated or powdercoated. 

I have no idea who to contact about this? What kind of
companies should i check into? Like if i looked in the
yellow pages what would i look under
