Ok, well... I was under the impression that production Vin's started at 500. Is this a pre-production car that snuck its way over? What's going on? Grey interior? Didn't all of the first production 81's come with black interior? I think the Vin needs to be checked again... ---Dan Vin#5493.... um, well, hopefully stainless by the end of the week. Anyone wanna help me strip my car? :o) I'm in NJ. ----- Original Message ----- From: <mbomberger@xxxx> To: <dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, June 12, 2000 11:01 AM Subject: [DML] 81 D for Sale > > > Here is the (correct) Vin # for the car in Dallas for Sale: SCEDT26T88BD00471 > Sorry about the confusion! > > 1981 40,612 miles Grey Interior 5 Spd.
