I expect that the answer is YES. With enough money, anything is possible. When Kapac owned the warehouse they sometimes gave tours. They showed us a partially finished DeLorean that they were slowly building from spare parts. Remember, this was a warehouse, not a factory, so they did not have the fixtures, tools, and machinery to do things efficiently. The car had to be built by hand in "spare" time.
