It is likely that the car has frame damage also, and even if it doesn't, repairing suspension is not especially easy. If I were you, I would pass on the car and save up for one that is already drivable and has only the usual problems. If you buy the car from someone that doesn't know much about it, or really needs to sell it, you might get a good deal! > repair? It's tempting to spend a bunch of money when you have it, but it's really better to save it and spend it in the most economical way.
