Before considering removing the fixed glass window in your gullwing doors be aware that this item helps to keep the door rigid. Without the fixed glass the door becomes very flexible causing misalignment of the door latches when attempting to close the door. This will not only cause problems closing and opening the doors it can also damage the door latches. If you still want to attempt this modification you may want to contact Bob Brandys <oehcs@xxxx>, he performed this modification several years ago at a cost of $8,000.
