[DML] dead defrost

Hi-
Turned on the front defrost for the first time last night. No air coming 
from vents. Tried real cold setting, real hot, and all the others, such as 
heat, max. Still no air. Air coming from door vents only. Closed the door 
vents as per manual to increase flow... still nothing. Any ideas?
