Rich, When one of the clutch hydraulic cylinders is changed (slave or master) it is very common for the remaining cylinder to go bad shortly after the new unit is installed. A chemical change occurs in the clutch fluid when new fluid is mixed with the old, this change causes the seals in the old component to fail. For this reason we always recommend that both cylinders be changed at the same time. First check the clutch fluid level and than inspect the master for signs of leaking.
