Scott, The reason the lights are on in reverse is b/c of the computer governor. Just jack up the car and on the passenger side where the computer governor plugs into the pan, there are 2 bolts and a clip. It could be a *slight* adjustment or the bolts could be loose. Have someone watching the reverse lights (just turn the key on, it dosen't need to be running) Push in on the connector and if the reverse lights go out, just tighten up the bolts. If they don't go out, *slightly* move the connector to the left or right until they go out and tighten the bolts up.
