As far as the radiator flush kit is concerned, I would advise you NOT to use it on ANY car! When ever you are flushing, or filling a radiator/cooling system, use only pure distilled water (you don't need the prestone "Scientificly Pure" brand, distilled water @ the market is the exact same). The water comming out of your hose contains minerals, which can build up over time and clog up your radiator, water hoses, and even your water pump. Also there could be metals in the water which could also lead to corrosion. Heat will act as a catylist to further accelerate all of this. When ever you need to flush out the cooling system, purchase a bottle of radiator flush, and follow the directions on the bottle. The good news is that used antifreeze can be safely disposed of into most any sanitary sewer system (but I would adivse you not to if you have a septic tank, or a cespool). Just be careful to wash down off your driveway if you spill any on the ground. Antifreeze tastes sweet to animals, and is fatal to them. While your at it, spend the extra couple of dollars a jug, and buy the 5 year/150K miles antifreeze (orange), that way tou'll have a longer time between changing intervals.
