[DML] New battery - different capacity?

Hello list,
Thinking about getting a new battery I discovered that it is hard to find a
12 V Battery that has the same capacity as the original battery.
The original battery (as stated in the Owner's Manual) has the capacity of
75 Amp/hour. At least where I live, the "usual" batteries for sale are
either 60 Amp/hour or 90 Amp/hour.
Is there any chance of doing something wrong to the car's electric system by
choosing the 90 Amp/hour battery (or the 60Amp/hour battery?) The 90
Amp/hour has at least the same amperage as the MOTOROLA alternator...
I've also heard that the earlier Ducellier alternator on the first few
DeLoreans was rated at 75 Amp/hour. Could this be why the 81 Owner's Manual
also have this capacity of 75 Amp/hour on the battery?
DMC Joe?
Best wishes
