The actual lights are made by "Rubberlite" in England, they are still available and used mostly on commercial vehicles, one problem would be making the alloy mounting plate and especially the black fibre glass surround..these were a bit crude and obviously used some kind of mould..they are all the same...you would need to borrow an original set to make a mould from..and regrettably, no you can't borrow mine! no offence..but ive seen what a mess it can make of the originals. For any body that's interested, they lights and housings were supplied to "Wooler Hodec" ( who did most of the RHD work) by a chap called Mr. Jerry Castle, who worked for Delorean........During my researches, I contacted his wife about a month ago, only to be told he had died 3 days before. On behalf of us De Lorean fans, I passed on our condolences. Sorry to end on such a sat note, but it shows the importance or getting as much information recorded as possible from people who were involved in the 70's and 80's...non of us go on forever.
