We have a De Lorean show car that we rent out on a regular bases. Our rates are $300.00 per day for a static display and as much as $1500 a day for the car to be operational. You must be very careful to make sure that a detailed contract is agreed upon prior to making any commitment. If you are serious about this start by getting a hold of the contract for a rental car and read all the fine print. Liability insurance should be the responsibility of the renter and be sure to add in a "damage wavier". It would be best to have an attorney draw up the rental agreement. Be prepared to drain the gas tank and remove the battery for indoor displays, this is a fire department code issue. Use of the car for film and TV production will require that the car be driven by union stunt drivers and handled by union stagehands. If you need more details let us know.
