All De Lorean's were fitted with foot well vents. If you're not getting heat from these vents you probably have a defective AC Mode Switch.Also check to be sure that the plenum seal has not detached causing unheated airto enter the foot wells.

Hi again,
    Currently I only get heat from the center vents and defrost
sources.  I was under the impressionthat there were feet vents for the
heater also.  My feet get pretty cold in there.  I looked around with a
flash light and found nothing.  I have a low Vin #, was it a later
addition?
