There have been a number of postings regarding D1, all of them well written both defending and knocking the way Ed handles his potential customers. I think Ed, along with any other business person, will reap either the benefits or the backlash based on the way they approach clients. I don't think we need to continue posting letter after letter flaming him, or any other shop for that matter, because these things will sort themselves out in time. Therefore I've rejected both good and bad comments about D1 today and suggest we move on to subjects more in the Holiday spirit. Bruce Benson, this week's moderator.
