Joe,

I had the same start problem you had, and a new accumulator solved the 
problem. The air bleed screw is located on the top of the water pump. It is 
a small screw that faces towrd the rear of the car. It isn't the easiest 
part to get to when you have to bleed the system. I wouldn't think you'd 
have to bleed the system just because you added some coolant. I've had to 
add coolant before and never had any problems, so I never bled the system.
