Erik, The leak is either coming from the water pump shaft seal or one of the coolant hoses behind the water pump. The best and easiest way to find any coolant leak is by conducting a "cooling system pressure test". If you don't own your own pressure tester than bring your D to a reliable repair facility and ask them to test your system.
