Both WIngD2 and Burke are correct - -it's semantics. Of course the D has a coolant reservoir, and it is exactly as Burke described it. However, when the car overheats, or if you fill the reservoir too full, their is no "overflow" bottle to catch the heated coolant - - it just goes on the ground.
