[DML] ADMIN - MAILING LIST IS DOWN

Due to a techical glitch at eGroups, the mailing list is not working
properly. Any postings sent to it will be immediately rejected by the
server.

This will probably be the case through the weekend. Sorry for the
inconvenience. You will notice a few test messages as I try and get this
sorted out, but I do not expect it to be fixed before Monday.
