Hey Erik,

When the window on my car was out and i had a piece of plastic covering it 
I had tape on it to hold it there and when the time came to remove the tape I 
also got those stupid tape stain things. I used regular rubbing alcohol in a 
napkin and it worked great, but you have to use it fast because it drys very 
very fast so pour it on and rub FAST!!! Hope this helps some.
