[DML] How rare is originality?

Hi again. Yesterday my dad and I checked out or first D for sale. It was an 
'82 that was TOTALLY original, including the Goodyears. The car was almost 
perfect and very beautiful, of course his doors were sagging like crazy, as 
you can imagine. Anyway, in the past decade of so, the guy has driven it a 
few times a week, and never replaced anything. I guess that means it might 
need some updates (?), but I was wondering, how common or uncommon is it to 
find an original D like this with every single thing original?
