[DML] Super/Turbo Chargers

Whenever the super vs turbo conversation comes up, I like to point to the
high performance world. Racing mechanics and engineers constantly try
anything and everything to get the maximum performance out of their cars.
Over the years the following has become apparent.

For great gobs of torque right from the get-go, it's superchargers. Check
out the drag machines.

For top end performance it's turbochargers. Check out the IRL, CART, F1, etc.

Each has it's advantages and disadvantages. Which is best is one of those
"it depends" answers.
