I understand that this is a DeLorean mailing list, but I have to respond to the authors experience with a z3. I own one of these fine automobiles and it is extremely fast. The onyl thing i can think is that he drove the smaller 4 cylinder engine (now have a very powerfull six) that they had for a very short time.
