There is a firm in London who re-gas struts and they do DeLorean door-struts. I know no details myself - not owning a D yet - but I know club members who have had it done - it costs about 20 pounds a strut (about 30 dollars) from memory. The Doors on Ian Titley's car really flew up at the NEC (but it had been under hot lights for 3 days). (His torsion beams were correctly adjusted).
