This procedure should be handled by a shop that specializes in frame
repair. Frame dimensions and mechanical drawing can be found in your
Workshop Manual at R:02:02-03. If you don't have this information we can
supply you with a copy.

I would suggest that you repair the frame first, in other words, "fix the
foundation before you paint the house".
