These are the designations given from the dealerships when the cars are new >> Brian, This is what I am talking about...here in New York on the registration form, there is a little box that u can put a check mark in for "Title Only" and thats what we did we filled out the form for a Title only and we put in "De/Lo" under the model of the car and that is what is printed on the Title..proof of ownership.
