Yes, the Sylvania halogens were factory installed. All DeLoreans were shipped with a license plate bracket for mounting a front plate. This bracket did require three holes to be drilled into the front bumper to accommodate fasteners for the plate bracket. There is a stainless steel after market bracket that does not require any drilling. It is available from some DeLorean parts suppliers. DeLorean One stocks this item as D100110 in stainless.
