Mike, Wow !, this is a first. I wish we could have helped you out sooner and showed you how to release the door by removing the upper trim pad. There are no crossovers for the door RH STRIKER MOUNTING BRACKET part # 105568. There are four possible causes for this problem. 1. Door lock system out of alignment. 2. Malfunction of the door lock module. 3. Door latch system out of alignment. 4. Vehicle not equipped with door guide update.
