Neil, If you have a company that can reliably re-fill struts for 1/10th the price, I bet you would have a lot of business from this list and other D owners! We all have used struts sitting around- and we all have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years on struts. If you have that company name, e-mail, phone and address- even if they need to be sent to the UK- that would be a very valuable thing! David Levey Cleveland, Ohio The fact that the problem is worse in cold weather would emply that the problem is the strut as the gas is not expanding as much as it should in the coldweather and many years has reduced the level ( I had the same thing) I got new sruts from Delorean1 and although quite expensive were as perfect as you would expect ,however afterwards I came across an advert for a company that re fills the gas in them for around a tenth of the cost so try and look down that street first.
