Just my 2 cents worth. While working in Ohio, my business dealt with a wheel company called Transwheel (I am not sure of their number, but it is 800 so just call 1-800-555-1212 for number). Anyway, they refinished my wheels in my "D" with great care. They said it usually costs about $90.00 per wheel to refinish them with a turnaround of about a week. They had mine in 3 days but I was working with them.
