A tape player would be preferable to a CD player. > Here are the websites for the generic aux-input capable car stereos that I've found: www.poweracoustik.com www.blaupunkt.com www.audiovox.com www.panasonic.com Radio Shack also sells a shaft-mount unit with a front-panel aux in, but their website doesn't have any info; I saw it in a recent mailer. Besides Radio Shack, and a couple Audiovox units, you'll have to cut a hole in your console face to fit the stereo. This isn't that bad if you have a small rotary tool, a steady hand, and a cutting disc. The Blaupunkt units have the aux-input in the back which is much nicer for my setup. I have a Blaupunkt Apsen and a laptop playing MP3s connected to the rear.
