I'm trying to remove the front coil spring for replacement. The workshop manual make it sound so easy... but I am having a dickens of a time trying to get the ball joint out and it appears to be impossible to remove the front coil without removing the ball joint, and it appears to be impossible to remove the ball joint without a pickle fork as an old newsletter of Knuts calls it. Does anyone have some tricks or tips for me? Thanks...
