[DML] Winter Tire Pressure

My car is up for the winter and there seems to be a thought that putting the car on blocks is not a good idea for the suspension.   I have overinflated my tires to approx 40-45psi.....Is this enough to help with flat spots?  Should it be higher?  lower?   Thanks
