With all due respects, you totally missed the point of my post -- Delorean used (among other things) same Lamda setup as Volvo: Volvo set value: .7-1.3% CO Delorean set value: 1% +/- .3% CO (Workshop Manual Page D:04:01) If that doesn't qualify as identical, I don't know what does. Should you need any more evidence, as soon as my friend w/ scanner comes back I'll upload to #5939's photo album Volvo and DMC pages side by side for comparison. The engines in the back of out little silver cars are nearly 100% Volvo B28F. *THAT* was my point.
