Ordinarily, I'd recommend McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com), as they're a phenomenal source of all sorts of industrial stuff, but I don't see M7 in stainless. They do have 9 lengths of M7 hex cap screws if you can live with 8.8 steel.
