I noticed some talk of evaporator cores. I dont know if this will help but here it goes. I replace my evaporator core two years ago with the PJ Grady substitute core. Its size and fittings are very close to the original so the part needed no adjustments. The only thing about it that concerned me was the orifice tube installation. It did not seem to be as good as the original. None the less, it has been two years and I have had no leaks. I hope this helps a little.
