On the automatic cars there is less room to slide the bolt in and out. The trans is larger in the area near the bolt so it leaves less room. One way to do it is to remove the bolts holding the trailing arm to the rear carrier and move the trailing arm enough to slide the bolts in and out. This CAN be done without disconnecting the brake line and having to bleed the brakes. Another way is to remove the bushing mount on the frame.
