Adam, Several things could be happening. #1. Fuel pressure: When was the last time the filter screen and fuel filter was changed. #2. Warm Up Regulator /CPR check out if above is ok. #3. What does your volt meter say or how is the alternator and the state of the battery charge. If the battery is low or the alternator isn't putting out enough voltage then the fuel pump won't turn fast enough and that leads to a low fuel pressure problem.
