I believe the seller is talking about the "living people" is the type 
of people that own them since we all have two things in common (living 
and liking the delorean car) with the car because WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT. 
There is no such as a type of people that own a delorean except nice 
people because that is all i have meet that own the car.

Maybe the seller likes mean people?
