I replaced the headliner on 10610 about a year ago. I used the procedure in Ken Montgomery's DeLorean Pages. http://pages.sbcglobal.net/montkw/delorean/Headliners/headliners.htm The material was available at my local auto parts store - Salvo Auto Parts in Baltimore. It is an excellent match. E-mail with your address and I mail you a sample. The box contained one piece about 48" x 72", more than enough to do the liners (I did not need to do the door headliners). The cost was $28 and the adhesive was $8 a can. The biggest part of the job was cleaning up the backing.
