The lower speedometer cable support bracket is attached by the 2 bolts that hold the caliper bracket on the spindle. Just look at the back of the spindle and you will see 2 large bolts spaced the same distance apart as the holes in the bracket. Make sure they are reattached tightly as they hold the brake on.
