It is actually a recreational facility, like a campground, and quite
beautiful from what I remember of the web site... But you were close lol.  I
might be a tad off, but that's what I remember.

DMCJoe had a family crises about 2 years ago, then found himself in a 
position to take over an entertainment/rec. room type store.  he has since
gotten out 
of the DeLorean business.  A loss for the entire DeLorean community, to be 
sure.  It must have been a tough decision.
