Hey Marc.  Thanks for the that.  It took me a long time - over a month
of trying to get him to credit me - to say "maybe he's pullin a fast
one."  I'd talked to him a number of times before I ordered my part
and found him knowledgable, friendly, helpful - and very talkative. 
That in combination with postive feedback from others who'd done biz
with him made it hard for me to believe he was shady.  

All he had to do was say - hey I lost the paperwork.  He could have
done that in early July.  Or mid July.  But to wait until August to
fess up.  After I'd told him I was unemployed, still am unemployed, a
number of times and $250 was a lot money for me.  It's a bummer.

P.S. He just called and told me he credited me.  Now I can pay some
bills I'm overdue on.  Yipee.
