I was reading in Dream Maker, about the initial US crash tests, that there was a problem with the location/placement of the fuel pump... that the crash damage was minimal and showed that the DeLorean held up very well in terms of impact damage. The only real damage was the fact that once hit, the fuel pump apparently exploded, sending gas all over the interior of the car. I assume this problem has been fixed, but since it was found in the midst of the bankrupcy, I don't know what the solution was. Any ideas? Mark.
