     I don't know any history about vin #4834, but I'm the ownwer of vin #4839 also an Oct.of 81 built. Its very possible they were made on the same day. I've been keeping an eye on the DML to see if there was antbody close to my vin. Your the closest one so far, just thought it was cool to let you know. I live in Phoenix Arizona, the car also is a 5-speed, grey interior.  Take care
